- 1 large piece of fresh ginger
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp of honey
- Perrier water as needed, depending on how much fizz you would like in the beverage
Boil water, add ginger & simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove root, add honey & mix. Combine with Perrier water. Cool and serve. Serves 4.
