Our marinade secrets
Marinades containing acidic ingredients like wine, vinegar & fruit (lemons, kiwis etc.) enhance the flavor of beef and tenderize it.
Make sure that the marinade covers the beef. Let beef marinate for at least 6 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Marinating 15 minutes to 2 hours only enhances the flavor of meat.
The following marinades are for 4 servings of 60 to 90 g of meat to grill.
